Macy Kwok
Co-Founder
Macy Kwok is a Co-Founder at Prosperity Search Partners with 25+ years executive search and in-house recruitment experience in financial services. Before setting up Prosperity, Macy was the Regional Head of Global Wealth Management Recruiting for UBS in the Asia Pacific region, where she excelled for 14 years. In this capacity, she personally executed all the senior hires in the APAC region while managing the regional recruitment team’s hires. Prior to that, she was the Managing Director in a number of search firms for their Hong Kong office, recruiting for mid to senior roles in both asset & wealth management and investment banking for several world-leading financial institutions.

Due to her valuable mix of experience in executive search and in-house recruitment over the years, she is well-positioned to provide the best insights into this highly competitive landscape. As a trusted recruitment advisor, she will be able to advise on the most strategic approach in identifying and nurturing exceptional talent, as well as support succession planning for different organizations to help them flourish through effective human resource practices. Following a philosophy of long-term client benefit over short-term personal gain, she will be able to headhunt the best person for each position.

Macy was born and raised in Hong Kong, after which she continued her secondary and university education in the U.K. Macy holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the University of Warwick, as well as a qualified Chartered Accountant qualification.
Daevid Koo
Co-Founder
Daevid Koo is a Co-Founder at Prosperity Search Partners. Prior to co-founding Prosperity Search Partners, he was Director of UBS Strategic Recruitment team where he was responsible for hiring relationship managers for the bank’s Greater China businesses. During his tenure, Daevid has completed numerous senior recruits including several high profile team moves for the bank's China business. Before UBS, Daevid served as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for a leading venture capital firm where he gained broad experience across financial technology, healthcare and technology in Asia especially in China. Before this, Daevid served as Head of China Financial Services for an Asian based search firm in Shanghai.

Daevid brings to his clients two decades of recruitment experience combined with exceptional relationships in wealth management and a strong network in onshore China and Taiwan where he has worked and resided for a number of years.

Daevid graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor in Business Administration and is a native Mandarin and Cantonese speaker.
